The branding was based around a shooting star. Accompanying type was selected and a striking colour-scheme to complete the identity of this energetic, tech-focused organisation. A set of category icons and ‘regional cups’ were also developed to be used online and in promotional materials.
After completing the branding, we were tasked with creating a website, which evolves through the different stages of the competition. Initially it is used to promote the competition and take submissions and payment, then after the entries have closed the site needs to showcase the entrants through uploaded videos and then a voting stage finalises the competition winners.
